a little bit about me
I attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York, and feel blessed to have been trained by the finest teachers and mentors. Upon graduating, I became certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners as a Holistic Health Coach. This education along with my experience, has given me the ability to help my clients grow in knowledge of their bodies and the honor of helping them heal naturally.
Wanting to know more in order to be a better resource for my clients, I enrolled in the Masters in Human Nutrition Program at University of Bridgeport. UBs individualized approach to nutrition and total body wellness, run by some of the top minds in integrative health, is proving to be both challenging and extremely rewarding.
Most recently, I've teamed up with a group of talented practitioners in Ridgefield, CT to provide whole body health for mind, body and spirit. Specializing in naturopathic medicine, acupuncture, psychotherapy, intuitive massage therapy, and nutrition, our goal is to support our clients in reaching their goals.
What can you expect when you work with me?
My coaching philosophy is quite simple.
First, healing must be done from within and encompass body, mind, and spirit. By doing this, we will work on the root cause instead of the symptoms.
Second, no two bodies are the same. What works for some may not work for others – also known as bio-individuality. For this reason, each diet and program is designed specifically to meet your needs, helping you feel nourished and energized.
Third, my job as a coach is to help you learn to listen to your body and learn what it needs to thrive, and inspire you to turn your good intentions into actions.
It would be my honor and pleasure to work with you!
